Cuan Beo in conjunction with FH Wetland Systems Ltd, Clarinbridge Tidy Towns and LAWPRO are running a community education workshop on Fresh Water Restoration, Fresh Water Biodiversity Enhancement and Fresh Water Threat Identification for the Clarinbridge area. The workshop will be delivered over three days and will involved the following;
Day 1 – Clarin River Walk:
- Overview: River walk with on site fresh water ecosystem workshop, water quality sampling experiments, and Galway Bay seafood cook up.
- Date: Monday – 18th/July/2022
- Time: 6pm – 8:30pm
- Location: Start Clarinbridge GAA Club – End Clarinbridge Pier
Day 2 – Water Challenges Workshop:
- Overview: Workshop on the fresh water challenegs identified for the Clarin River.
- Date: ˘˘Wednesday – 3rd/August/2022
- Time: 7pm-8:30pm
- Location: Clarinbridge Parish Hall
Day 3 – Water Biodversity Enhancment and Restoration Workshop:
- Overview: Workship on water restoration and biodiversity enhancement.
- Date: ˘Wednesday – 10th/August/2022
- Time: 7pm-8:30pm
- Location: Clarinbridge Parish Hall
The workshop is free to all participants. Places are limited to 30 participants so please register your interested in undertaking the workshop early.
